Trauma and unpleasant experiences may shake our identity, causing a rift in self-esteem and confidence – but it doesn't mean we're limited from drafting a new narrative.
Life is like a script – you may have high stakes and intense moments where everything feels like it is against you.
But little do you know, your redemption arc is approaching. All the conflict, the drama, the uncomfortable storyline – help build character. Strong character that enables you to redefine and live out a journey that feels balanced and authentically aligned with you.

One of the most common barriers film industry professionals experience when searching for mental health support is finding a therapist that understands the distinctive struggles and complexities that come from working in a field that place high-demands on creative passions.
Therapy: Off Script works to break down those barriers. Making it easier for you to both access the help you deserve when you need it, and maintain a support system without getting discouraged or feeling misunderstood.

Accurate mental health representation matters – especially in our media. Often, we are used to seeing embellished or exaggerated portrayals of mental disorders and concerns on screen. Unfortunately, that can lead to further stigma and reduce normalizing many everyday struggles that many may face.
That is why it is so important that onscreen material reflects how mental health is actually experienced – and why we want to help creatives and productions achieve the goal of honouring honest mental health depictions.
Group offerings are a cost-effective, beneficial way to obtain mental health support without committing to the long-form 1:1 process. We currently are curating groups to offer each area of our industry support that is relevant to them.
Therapy: Off Script is in the process of developing workshops offered through participating industry partners that focus on mental health education. Sometimes all you need is a little guidance to re-wire and reset old patterns. We help you do that.
