In our counselling groups – we aim to bring an entertainment-family feeling to a contained group of individuals as they unpack their thoughts and sentiments surrounding common industry concerns. Ensuring that confidentiality and mutual respect are maintained values for safe emotional exploration as you receive support and encouragement from your therapist and peers.

It’s cost-effective, efficient, and just as beneficial as individual therapy – allowing us to form a collective space that motivates stigma reduction and solidarity toward honouring and sustaining one’s mental well-being in a mentally demanding industry.
